Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you’re looking for an at home cocktail class for your bachelorette party in Indianapolis or you’re looking for a fun corporate team building event for your office, Mixo Indy will come to you! We also occasionally offer classes at local businesses - check out our Event page for more info!

  • In our 8-25 person cocktail classes we will be making 2 craft cocktails demonstrating classic mixology techniques. In our corporate event service we will learn 1 cocktail, with an additional cocktail add on available for groups under 25.

  • We offer two different sizes for our classes. Our smaller class can have between 8-25 participants at $77 per person. These classes are perfect if you’re looking for bachelorette party ideas or a fun group activity in Indianapolis. For larger groups we offer an option that is perfect for your corporate team building event or office party: please see our Team/Corporate page for more information!

  • We will do everything we can to accommodate your dietary restrictions in our craft cocktails for your party or event. Please shoot us a message through our Contact page and we will do everything we can to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.

  • Mixo Indy primarily serves the Indianapolis area, including places like Broad Ripple, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Fountain Square, Irvington, Castleton, and Riverside. However, our instructors will travel up to 45 minutes from downtown, Indianapolis where our headquarters are located at no additional cost and will travel up to an hour from HQ for an additional travel fee of $77.

  • A 2 cocktail classes will typically provide about 2-2.5 hours of entertainment. Our single cocktail classes will likely last about an hour, making them a perfect addition to your next event schedule!

  • The cocktails we will make are sectioned into different “class themes” where the drinks remain the same in order to ensure that you can learn as many mixology techniques as possible. To learn what kind of spirits are used in the classes, you can head to the “Class Themes” page, or the “Recipes” page. (please note: all of our tequila recipes can incorporate a rum swap for those that don’t like tequila)

  • Just yourself - and your party! Mixo provides everything but the kitchen sink - LITERALLY! All we require is access to your kitchen sink, and we have you covered with glassware, decor, ingredients, tools, napkins, even ice! Everything you need to host the perfect event.
