Blood Orange Chai Sour
3/4 Oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz Liber&Co Blood Orange Cordial
2 Oz Planteray Siggins Fancy Pineapple Rum
2 dashes Chai Bitters
1 egg white
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the rum, fresh lemon juice, blood orange cordial, bitters, and egg white.
Shake: Shake vigorously with ice for about 15 seconds.
Dry Shake: Open the shaker and strain the cocktail into the small tin. discard the used ice.
Dry Shake: Secure the shaker again and shake vigorously for an additional 15 seconds.
Strain: Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the cocktail into the coupe. This helps to catch any small ice chips or egg residue.
Garnish: Garnish with a dried blood orange wheel and a grating of fresh nutmeg.
Serve: Enjoy your elegantly frothy cocktail.
