Blood Orange Chai Sour

  • 3/4 Oz freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 3/4 oz Liber&Co Blood Orange Cordial

  • 2 Oz Planteray Siggins Fancy Pineapple Rum

  • 2 dashes Chai Bitters

  • 1 egg white

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the rum, fresh lemon juice, blood orange cordial, bitters, and egg white.

  2. Shake: Shake vigorously with ice for about 15 seconds.

  3. Dry Shake: Open the shaker and strain the cocktail into the small tin. discard the used ice.

  4. Dry Shake: Secure the shaker again and shake vigorously for an additional 15 seconds.

  5. Strain: Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the cocktail into the coupe. This helps to catch any small ice chips or egg residue.

  6. Garnish: Garnish with a dried blood orange wheel and a grating of fresh nutmeg.

  7. Serve: Enjoy your elegantly frothy cocktail.
