Café Rosso Mocktail

Rum
  • 1 oz Lyre’s Coffee Liqueur

  • 5 drops saline solution

  • Surely Non-alcoholic Lambrusco

  • Orange peel

  • Sprig of rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glass: Add ice to a glass of your choosing.

  2. Combine Ingredients: Add Lyre’s Coffee Liqueur and saline solution to the glass.

  3. Top: Gently top with non-alcoholic Lambrusco.

  4. Stir: Stir gently to combine the ingredients.

  5. Express: Express the orange peel over the top of the drink, releasing its oils.

  6. Garnish: Garnish with the orange peel and a sprig of rosemary.
