Dirty Chai Carajilo

  • 2 dashes Barrel Roll Bar Essentials Chai Bitters

  • 1 oz Liquor 43

  • 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila

  • 1.5 oz fresh espresso

  • 5 drops saline (salt) solution (or just a pinch!)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a shaker tin, add espresso, liqueur, Tequila, bitters, and saline.

  2. Shake: Shake vigorously with ice for about 10-15 seconds.

  3. Top: Gently top with non-alcoholic Lambrusco.

  4. Strain: Quickly double strain into a coupe glass.

  5. Garnish: Garnish with 3 whole cloves.

  6. Serve: Enjoy!
