Mole Margarita Negra

  • 2 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz Agave Syrup

  • 1 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur

  • 1 oz Blanco Tequila

  • Salt+Tajin for the rim

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a shaker tin, add bitters, lime, agave, liqueur, and tequila.

  2. Prepare Glass: Rim a rocks glass with salt and/or Tajin Chili Lime Seasoning. Optionally “rinse” The glass with smoky mezcal. Add a large ice cube.

  3. Shake: Shake vigorously with ice for about 10-15 seconds.

  4. Strain: Quickly double strain into the prepared glass.

  5. Garnish: Garnish with dried chili threads or a lime wheel. Optionally spray smoking mezcal on top!

  6. Serve: Enjoy!
