The Almond Paloma
2 oz tequila
¾ oz Liber & Co. grapefruit cordial
¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 barspoon Liber & C0. ginger syrup
2 dashes Fee Brothers toasted almond bitters
Soda water (to top)
Instructions:
Add tequila, grapefruit cordial, lime juice, ginger syrup, and toasted almond bitters to a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Double strain into a highball glass.
Fill the glass with fresh ice and top with soda water.
Express a grapefruit peel over the drink, then garnish with the peel, a lime wheel, and a mint sprig.
Add a straw and serve immediately.
