a bubbly twist on the classic mai tai made the right way

- ¼ OUNCE FRESH LIME JUICE

- ¼ OUNCE SC ORGEAT

- ½ OUNCE PIERRE FERRAND DRY CURAÇAO

- ¼ OUNCE ANGOSURA 7 YR

- ½ OUNCE PLANTATION 3 STAR WHITE RUM

ADD INGREDIENTS TO A COCKTAIL SHAKER AND SHAKE HARD WITH ICE FOR 10-15 SECONDS. DOUBLE STRAIN OVER FRESH ICE AND TOP WITH PROSECCO. GARNISH WITH DROPS OF ANGOSTURA LAYERED ON TOP OF THE ICE, AS WELL AS A SPENT LIME HUSK AND A SPRIG OF MINT. ENJOY!
