1 EGG WHITE

1 OZ LIME JUICE

4 SLICES CUCUMBER 

3-4 LEAVES OF MINT

1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP

3/4 OZ ITALICUS LIQUEUR

2 OZ GIN


PREPARE A DOUBLE OLD FASHIONED GLASS WITH A RIBBON OF CUCUMBER AND A LARGE CUBE OF ICE. COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN A SHAKER TIN AND PREFORM A REVERSE DRY SHAKE. STRAIN THROUGH A FINE MESH STRAINER INTO PREPARED GLASS AND GARNISH WITH FRESH MINT. ENJOY!

MOCKTAIL EDIT:

-8 DASHES FEE BROTHERS FOAMING BITTERS

-1/2 OZ LIME

-4 SLICES CUCUMBER

-3-4 LEAVES OF MINT

-3/4 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP

-3 OZ EARL GRAY TEA

(optionally, 2 oz of cut above gin, with 1 oz of earl gray tea)
